Aménagement du territoire et environnement ne sont plus opposés, et les questions environnementales restent des éléments majeurs dans les décisions d’aménagement du territoire, au même titre que les préoccupations économiques. In addition to that, the research presents the most important international and local efforts taken to combat this phenomenon. The application of an administrative decision to bring the system requires the development of the company's activity, strategy, staff and, above all, its customers in mind. The research was conducted through questionnaires prepared by the 8 questions were raised about the impact of the ISO 9000 on customer satisfaction and in which the institutions Raft, a holder of certificate ISO 9000 standard of quality.
