Basic findings include the result that Algerian enterprises should pay attention to changing environment and submerging new data; AS we recommend in this respect, enterprises has to respond intelligently to the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead, by valuing its human capital and innovation as well as modernizing the industrial structure. Also, focusing on research and development is a first step toward building competitive strength.In fact, according to study which concerns about (ENIE) in SidiBelabbes, the Results show an average interest in innovation in its different dimensions, although the scope of its activity strongly needs to strengthen projects innovation that remains an urgent requirement.Item Open Access أثر تطبيق التدقيق وفق المعايير الدولية في تحسين جودة المعلومة المالية في المؤسسات البنكية -دراسة لمجموعة من البنوك في الجزائر -(Université de M'sila, 2017) بن الدين, محمد; عوماري, عائشة; عوماري, فاطمةThis study aims to identify the impact of the application of banking auditing according to international auditing standards on improving the quality of financial information in the Algerian banks. In order to achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was used targeting officials and employees of public commercial banks in Algeria through their agencies in Adrar province. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze questionnaire data, and to test hypotheses, And the study found a positive relationship between the role of the external auditor and the quality of financial information; in addition it showed a relatively strong relationship between the external auditor's report and the quality of the financial information according to the sample being investigated. The study recommends elevating the level of disclosure in banking institutions and boosting awareness among officials about the positive role of the auditor in raising the level of trust in the institution's information for stakeholders With necessity to Emphasis on compliance with international auditing standards by external auditors, and their commitment to the limits of their relationship with supervisors of activities within banks and their commitment to the limits of their relationship with supervisors of activities within banks.Item Open Access دور مؤسسات الدعم والموافقة في ترقية عمل المقاولات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بالجزائر - دراسة حالة (ANGEM ,ENSEJ,L'ANDI,CNAC )(Université de M'sila, 2017) لعذور, صوريةThe Small and medium entrepreneurship have a major role to play in developing national economy of any country by providing jobs, exploiting local wealth, improving social conditions, …..etc. so it was incumbent on the state to provide various forms of support to help them survive and continuity, especially in light of the new competition created by globalization, And in this regard Algeria has established several specialized bodies and institutions in this field. In order to achieve this goal, the study uses Time-Seriesin the study of the relationship between economic growth and unemployment through a combination of statistical methods.The study concludes that there was no impact of economic growth on unemployment in Jordan. In other words, the study defies the hypothesis: that economic growth has a positive and statistically sign ificantimpact on unemployment in Jordan.This result shows that a part of the unemployment in Jordan is not linked to the ability of the economy to create jobs (which can be called Structural Unemployment), in addition to the presence of foreign workers, which absorb a part of any impact of economic growth on unemployment whether negatively or positivelyItem Open Access الطفرة النفطية الثالثة 2008 ومدى استفادة الجزائر منها(Université de M'sila, 2017) طيبي, حمزة; حجار, مبروكة; مير, احمدThere is no doubt that the run-up of oil prices in the beginning of the third millennium have had a positive impact in improving economic growth rates, in increasing investment opportunities◌ and development projects,which led to improving the level of living and reducing unemployment rates. We aim to form a picture about its contribution to the tourism sector or non-contribution. In addition, to make a preliminary judge about their strategic management,through an exploratory study of cadre opinions in a few of these establishments.We reached that the sector is young, and it has some weaknesses. The Jordanian experience in this field, the researcher found a number of results, including the need to such a relationship for both parties which must be activated to be an effective partnership to contribute to the development of quality and quality of higher education, and presents a set of important recommendations.Item Open Access L’Alignement stratégique des systèmes d’information, déterminant de la performance organisationnelle des entreprises algériennes(Université de M'sila, 2017) MOKHTARI, Hanane Amel HafidaLa présence seule des technologies de l’information, dont les systèmes d’information, même si elles sont très sophistiquées, n’est pas suffisante pour assurer la performance organisationnelle de l’entreprise. Mais c’est plutôt à travers l’alignement et la cohérence de ces technologies avec la stratégie, la structure et l’infrastructure technologique qu’elles peuvent améliorer la performance organisationnelle des entreprises et constituer un avantage concurrentiel pour celles ci. L’objectif de notre recherche est de voir si l’alignement stratégique des systèmes d’information (SI) impacte positivement la performance organisationnelle des entreprises algériennes. Pour ce faire nous avons testé le modèle d’alignement stratégique de Henderson et Venkatraman appelé « the Strategic Alignement Model, SAM » sur un échantillon d’entreprises algériennes ayant suivi le programme de mise à niveau. Le but ultime étant de démontrer une éventuelle relation entre les entreprises qui ont suivi le programme et l’alignement stratégique des SI de ces entreprises.
