Abstract
This research aims to shed light on the levels nature importance of the relationship between Jordanian universities and private sector, obstacles and difficulties faced by this relationship, and the ways ,means to development, strengthening this relationship in the future to be distinct and unique relationship to enhance the private sector's ability to grow and develop its products and enable from entering the doors of competition and resolve administrative, technical and financial problems, and enhance the competitiveness and scientific research in universities. The Jordanian experience in this field, the researcher found a number of results, including the need to such a relationship for both parties which must be activated to be an effective partnership to contribute to the development of quality and quality of higher education, and presents a set of important recommendations.
