Description
Know the environment changes and organizations tremendous technological transformations in the field of education, re-engineering and Six Sigma become an introductory- key in educational services in order to achieve breakthroughs and continuously improving quality in higher education institutions. The research aims to provide a model application of re-engineering and Six Sigma in higher education institutions, and ways to inspire awareness of them. The search result on the application of these two trends in higher education they are more dynamic produces distinct outputs and achieve a competitive advantage in the sector, and are activated in Algerian universities to ensure the quality of services
