Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم المعوقات التدريسية التي تواجه أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة المسيلة ، إضافة إلى معرفة ما إذا كانت هناك معوقات تتعلق بالأهداف التعليمية أو مجال الأستاذ و مؤهلاته أو الدليل المنهجي ، و استخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من أساتذة المعهد وعددهم (103) ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعد الباحث استبيان ذو تدرج خماسي موزع على 03 محاور ، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج:
1- أن أفراد العينة كانوا موافقين بشدة حول ما يتعلق بوجود معوقات تتعلق بالأهداف التعلمية و هذا بنسبة 48.88%.
2- أن أفراد العينة كانوا موافقين بشدة حول ما يتعلق بوجود معوقات تتعلق بمجال الأستاذ و مؤهلاته و هذا بنسبة 41.52%.
3- أن أفراد العينة كانوا موافقين حول ما يتعلق بوجود معوقات تتعلق بالدليل المنهجي و هذا بنسبة 34.05%.

- توجد معوقات تدريسية تواجه أساتذة معهد علوم و تقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية.

- توجد معوقات خاصة بالأهداف التعليمية تواجه الأساتذة.
- توجد معوقات خاصة بمجال الأستاذ مؤهلاته.
- توجد معوقات خاصة بالدليل المنهجي تواجه الأساتذة.

- التنويع من الأساليب لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة من المقاييس المدرسة
- القيام بأيام تكوينية لفائدة الأساتذة
- تحديث الدليل المنهجي كل فترة من الزمن على سبيل المثال "مرة كل 5 سنوات"

Summary
This study aimed to know the most important obstacles facing the professors ofthe Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities at the University of M’sila, in addition to knowing whether there are obstacles related to the educational goals, the professor’s field and qualifications, or themethodological guide,In this study, the researcher used the analytical descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (103) professors from the institute,In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a five-graded questionnaire distributed on 03 axes, as the study reached a set of results:
1-The respondents were in strong agreement on the existence of obstacles related toeducationalgoals by 48.88%.
2-The respondents were strongly in agreement about the existence of obstacles related to the professor's field and qualifications, and this was at a rate of 41.52%.
3-The respondents were in agreement with regard to the existence of obstacles related to the methodological evidence, with a rate of 34.05%.
