dc.description.abstractمع التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي المستمر الذي يشهده العالم الان في ظل العصرنة والحداثة والتي شملت جميع مجالات الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية منها والتي بدورها ادخلت المرأة كعنصر اساسي وابرزت دورها الفعال في التفاعل مع الاخرين وبناء الثقة والصداقة مع العملاء والشركاء التجاريين مما جعلها تأخذ مكانا الى جانب الرجل بدافع المساواة في العمل والعلاقات العامة داخل المؤسسات والادارة التي تعمل على التنسيق بين المؤسسات في الجانبين الداخلي والخارجي. فالمرأة تعتبر مصدرا للإلهام والتميز في مجال العلاقات العامة من خلال خبرتها في التخطيط الاستراتيجي وادارة الازمات ودائما ما تعتمد المشاركة والتعاون وادارة الازمات بشكل جيد والتفريق بين العمل في البيت وداخل المؤسسة خلافا للرجل.
