Abstract
Through this study, we will attempt to address the reality of the Algerian
local administration between the problem of administrative corruption and
reform (2014-2024), where we will address administrative corruption as an
intractable phenomenon that is difficult to treat, especially since it takes local
administration as its home as it is the appropriate environment for its spread,
which has made local administrative reform an inevitable necessity. To get out
of this circle.
Accordingly, we examined the conceptual framework of the study variables
(local administration, administrative corruption, administrative reform), as well
as the reality of administrative corruption in the Algerian local administration, in
addition to administrative reform as a mechanism to combat corruption within
the Algerian local administration during the period (2014-2024).
