Abstract
معوقات إستخدام أساليب التدريس الحديثة في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة.
دراسة ميدانية على مستوى بعض متوسطات ولاية برج بوعريريج
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أبرز المعوقات التي تحول دون إستخدام أساتذة الطور المتوسط لأساليب التدريس الحديثة في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية من وجهة نظرهم، ويقتصر البحث الحالي على أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور المتوسط على مستوى بعض متوسطات ولاية برج بوعريريج للموسم الدراسي (2022/2023)، إذ بلغ مجتمع الدراسة (265) أستاذ(ة) وتكونت عينة هذا البحث من (81) أستاذ(ة) وقد فاقت %30,57 من مجتمع البحث الأصلي، حيث تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بإعداد استبيان مكون من ثلاثة محاور كالأتي: معوقات متصلة بالتنظيم المدرسي، معوقات متصلة بالأستاذ، معوقات متصلة بالتلميذ.
وقد اعتمدت الباحثة في تصميم الأداة على سلم ليكرت الخماسي وفق العبارات التالية: معيق بدرجة كبيرة جدا، معبق بدرجة كبيرة، معيق بدرجة متوسطة، معيق بدرجة قليلة، معيق بدرجة قليلة جدا.
ولتحقق من صدق الأداة قامت الباحثة بعرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين إذ اعتمد على الصدق الظاهري، وقد قامت الباحثة بحساب ثبات الإستبيان بطريقة إعادة تطبيق الإختبار، والتي تعد من أهم وسائل حساب الثبات حيث تعطي معلومات عن استقرار النتائج بوجود فاصل زمني بين التطبيقين، ولحساب ثبات استبيان قامت الباحثة بتطبيقه على (15) أستاذ من مجتمع الدراسة وذلك خلال الدراسة الإستطلاعية، حيث قامت بالتطبيق الأول وبعد(15) يوما قامت الباحثة بالتطبيق الثاني على نفس العينة، وبإستخدام معامل ارتباط بيرسون وجدت معامل ثبات الإختبار وكان (0.81) وهو معامل ثبات عالي .
وبإستعمال الأوزان النسبية التي حصل عليها كل محور كانت النتيجة كالتالي: أن المعوقات المتصلة بالتنظيم المدرسي كانت الأكبر تأثيرا على الأساتذة في عدم القدرة على استخدام أساليب التدريس الحديثة يليها المعوقات المتصلة بالأستاذ ثم يليها في الأخير المعوقات المتصلة بالتلميذ.
جاء هذا البحث في فصول
الفصل الأول: فصل الإطار العام للدراسة حيث ضم عرض وتحديد الإشكالية، كما تم التطرق لأهداف وأهمية الدراسة، وبعدها تطرقنا لتحديد المفاهيم نظريا وإجرائيا ثم الدراسات السابقة.
الفصل الثاني: فصل أساليب التدريس الحديثة.
الفصل الثالث: فصل حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية.
الفصل الرابع: فصل أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية.
الفصل الخامس: فقد كان الحديث فيه حول إبراز الإجراءات الميدانية التي تشمل الدراسة الإستطلاعية ويتضمن منهج الدراسة، عينة ومجتمع الدراسة، حدود الدراسة، أدوات الدراسة، الأساليب الإحصائية المستخدمة في الدراسة.
الفصل السادس: فصل تحليل ومناقشة نتائج الدراسة: حيث تضمن عرض وتحليل ومناقشة وتفسير النتائج المتوصل إليها.
الفصل السابع: وفي الختام الفصل الأخير ضم كل من الإستنتاجات العامة وبعض الإقتراحات والأفاق المستقبلية للدراسة.

أهم الاستنتاجات والاقتراحات:
احتلت المعوقات المتصلة والمتعلقة بالتنظيم المدرسي المرتبة الأولى بدرجة كبيرة.
احتلت المعوقات المتعلقة بالأستاذ المرتبة الثانية بدرجة متوسطة.
احتلت المعوقات المتعلقة والمتصلة بالتلميذ المرتبة الثالثة بدرجة متوسطة أيضا.
وبناءا على ما قدم من نتائج وفي ضوء الإطار النظري يقدم الباحث مجموعة من الإقتراحات التي تتمثل في:
-القيام بدراسات وأبحاث علمية في إستخدام أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لأساليب التدريس الحديثة المتوسط وباقي المراحل الدراسية.
-ضرورة توفير الإمكانيات والوسائل التعليمية المناسبة لإستخدام أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لأساليب التدريس الحديثة.
-عقد دورات تكوینیة وندوات علمیة دوریة لفائدة أساتذة التربیة البدنیة والریاضیة بالطور المتوسط فیما یخص أسالیب التدریس الحدیثة من أجل توظیفها والتحكم بها وإستخدامها.
الفرضيات المستقبلية:
إجراء دراسات على عينات أكبر لمعرفة معوقات إستخدام أساليب التدريس الحديثة في مراحل ومواد دراسية أخرى.
This study aimed to identify the most prominent obstacles that prevent middle-stage teachers from using modern teaching methods in the physical education and sports class from their point of view, and the current research is limited to middle-stage physical education and sports teachers at the level of some averages of bourdj bou arredj State for the academic season (2022/2023), as the study community amounted to (265) professors () and the sample of this research consisted of (81) professors () and exceeded 30,57% of the original research community, where they were selected in to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of three axes as follows: Obstacles related to school organization, obstacles related to the professor, obstacles related to the student
In designing the instrument, the researcher relied on the five-way Likert ladder according to the following phrases: very highly obstructed, highly obstructed, moderately obstructed, slightly obstructed, very little obstructed.
To verify the truthfulness of the tool, the researcher presented it to a group of arbitrators, relying on the apparent truthfulness, and the researcher calculated the stability of the questionnaire by re-applying the test, which is one of the most important means of calculating the stability, as it gives information about the stability of the results with a time interval between the two applications, and to calculate the stability of the questionnaire, the researcher applied it to (15) professors from the study community during the survey study, where she applied the first and after(15) days, the researcher applied the second to the same sample, and using the Pearson correlation coefficient the stability of the test was (0.81), which is a high stability coefficient .
Using the relative weights obtained by each axis, the result was as follows: the obstacles related to the school organization had the greatest impact on the professors in the inability to use modern teaching methods, followed by the obstacles related to the professor, and finally followed by the obstacles related to the student.

However, the obstacles related to school organization ranked first by a large degree.
At the same time, the teacher's disabilities ranked second with an average score.
However, student-related disabilities ranked third on an average score as well.
Based on the presented results and in the light of the theoretical framework, the researcher makes a set of suggestions, which are as follows:
- Conducting scientific studies and research in the use of physical education and sport teachers of modern teaching methods for the intermediate and other academic stages.
- The need to provide the appropriate educational resources and Means for physical education and sport teachers to use modern teaching methods.
- Holding training courses and periodic scientific seminars for the benefit of teachers of physical and mathematical education at the intermediate stage in terms of modern teaching methods in order to employ, control and use them.
About future hypotheses:
Conducting studies on larger samples to find out the obstacles of using modern teaching methods in other stages and subjects of study.
