Abstract
ABSTRACT
This dissertation attempts to show the different aspects of Vietnamization and Balkanization of Iraq after the American Invasion, it serves as a socio-political accusation to reveal the US wrongs in Iraq. In this regard, the study is divided into three chapters. The first chapter discusses why Iraq war is considered as a part of the Bush administration’s hidden global agenda to attain American hegemony, that is why America used some pretexts to convince its people and public opinion that this war is for promoting peace. In the second chapter, we describe America’s illegal aggressive war in Iraq that caused terrible crimes against humanity including brutal intimidation forms of murders, torture, starvation, and deprivation of jobs; in addition to the destruction of the largest fortress of mankind’s heritage. In the third chapter, we investigate how Iraq became an arena for breeding terrorism and how this war turned its courtyards and streets to the scene of the terrorist operations. Besides, the war and its chaotic aftermath triggered a sectarian violence that now haunts Iraq and predicts further intervention in the region's conflicts.
