Abstract
أصبحت كرة القدم من الرياضات الجماعية التي لها صدى كبير في العالم بصفة عامة وفي الجزائرخاصة ، أصبحت تساير التطور التكنولوجي وتستخدم أبحاثه من أجل الوصول الى أساليب تدريبية فعالة في مجال التدريب من أجل وصول لاعب كر ة القدم الى المستوى العالي في الأداء ولقد تطرقنا في بحثنا هذا الذي تمثل مدى فاعلية القوة الانفجارية للاطراف السفلية لدى لاعبي كرة القدم أقل من 21 سنة في دقة التهديف في كرة القدم وعلى هذا الاساس قمنا بتقسيم البحث الى 6 فصول : الفصل الاول الاطار العام للدراسة ، الفصل الثاني القوة الانفجارية في كرة القدم ، الفصل الثالث دقة التهديف في كرة القدم ، الفصل الرابع منهجية الدراسة ، الفصل الخامس عرض وتحليل ومناقشة النتائج ، الفصل السادس الاستنتاجات والاقتراحات ، ونظرا للظروف التي صادفت الباحث في انجاز الجانب التطبيقي من المذكرة فقد تم تحليل نتائجه وفق نتائج دراسات سابقة ومشابهة .
