dc.description.abstract | The aim of this research is to study the relationship between Management Information Systems( MIS) through their components (Hardware, Software, Databases, Operations, Staff) and the performance level of employees based on performance evaluation criterias (quality ,quantity, time and procedures) Where the information was collected by a sample of the administrators working in the college through the survey. The results of this study showed that the relationship between the uses of MIS and the level of performance of the college staff at the level of 0.05 was mostly weak and did not exceed the average level. | en_US |
