Abstract
تتمحور دراستنا حول دور المواقع الإلكترونية في تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية - دراسـةعلىعـينةمنمستخـدميموقـعوزارةالصحـــةخلالأزمةكـورونــاكوفيد-19 – ، وهدفت دراستنا لمعرفة أسباب وأنماط استخدامهم لهذا الموقع والإشباعات المحققة منه وذلك من خلال طرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي:
ما دور الموقع الإلكتروني لوزارة الصحة في تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية المقدمة من وجهة نظر مستخدميه خلال أزمة كورونا كوفيد -19- ؟ ، والأسئلة الفرعية التالية:
- ماهيدوافعواسباباستخدامالموقعالإلكترونيلوزارةالصحة؟
- ماهيطرقوالياتاستخدامهذاالموقع؟
- ماالإشباعاتالتييقدمهاالموقع؟
- ماتقييمالمستخدمينعنداستخدامهملهذاالموقع ( ايجابياتوسلبيات ) ؟
واعتمدنا في دراستنا على منهج المسح الوصفي، فيما قمنا بتصميم إستمارة استبيان وُزِّعت على عينة من طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام والإتصال بجامعة المسيلة تمّ إختيارها بطريقة قصدية حيث كان حجمها 100 مُفردة من الفترة الممتدة من جانفي 2020 إلى ماي من نفس السنة.
• يستخدمغالبيةالطلبةالهاتفالنقاللتصفحالموقعالإلكترونيلوزارةالصحةللحصولعلىالإرشاداتالوقائية، وجمع المعلومات حول وباء كورونا كوفيد -19- .
• تمكّن الطلبة من تطوير الثقافة الصحية والبقاء على إطلاع دائم على أخبار الوباء، كما تمّنوا من الوصول لكل الإحصائيات الضرورية حوله أي الوباء.
استحسن الطلبة تضمين موقع وزارة الصحة بموقع خاص بالوباء، كما أبدوا رغبتهم في زيادة الصفحات الإجتماعية لضمان المزيد من التواصل
Our study focuses on the role of websites in improving the quality of public service - a study on a sample of users of the Ministry of Health website during the Corona Covid-19 crisis - and our study aimed to find out the reasons and patterns of their use of this site and the benefits achieved from it by asking the following main question:
What is the role of the Ministry of Health website in improving the quality of the public service provided from the point of view of its users during the Corona Covid-19 crisis? And the following sub-questions:
What are the motives and reasons for using the website of the Ministry of Health?
What are the methods and mechanisms for using this website?
What gratifications does the site provide?
What do users rate when using this site (pros and cons)?
In our study, we depended on the descriptive survey methodology, while we designed a questionnaire form distributed to a sample of students of the Department of Media and Communication Sciences at the University of Messila, which was deliberately chosen as its size was 100 individuals from the period from January 2020 to May of the same year.
We reached the following results:
• The majority of students use a mobile phone to browse the Ministry of Health website to obtain preventive instructions and collect information about the Corona Covid-19 epidemic.
• Students were able to develop a health culture and stay informed about the news of the epidemic. They were also able to access all necessary statistics about it, ie the epidemic.
• The students liked the inclusion of the Ministry of Health website with an epidemic site. They also expressed their desire to increase social pages to ensure more communication.
