Abstract

Corruption in all its types and forms, economic, financial, administrative, and political, is a disease that has spread in societies. It has negative effects on moral values, and on social and political life. We do not find countries in our time that have not given the issue of corruption a degree of importance, given its seriousness, its spread, and its coverage of all areas. Life has become difficult to control, due to its complexity and complexity. Algeria, like its counterpart countries, has dedicated and strived to eliminate all types of corruption, especially administrative corruption, as it has provided a set of administrative and judicial guarantees to combat crimes of administrative corruption, including the creation of the National Authority for the Prevention and Combating of Corruption, as well as The Central Bureau for the Suppression of Corruption, in addition to the Accounting Council, and let us not forget the prominent role of the judiciary in combating crimes of administrative corruption.
