Abstract
The aim of the current study is to shed
light on the reality of the electric
industry in Jordan, and what impact the
organizational changes on performance.
The population of the study consisted
of national electric company, while
gathering data depend on the content
analysis approach.
The study reached a number of
conclusion:
- the organization structure
consists of units which would
not be relative with the work
volume.
- high percentage of employee's
turn over.
- rapid changes in external
environment of the company.
The study provided significant
recommendations:
- Reorganizing the structure of
the company to be relative with
the objectives and work
volume.
Take the necessary procedures which
insure the decline in employee's
turnover.
