dc.description.abstractThe African continent suffered from several problems after the independence of its countries, which led to its destabilization and threat to its unity, which was represented by the separatist movements led by some regions including Biafra region, which provoked a crisis is considered the most dangerous separatist movement in the Africa continent, which resulted in a devastating civil war that left more than a million and half people dead. We have tried to address the issue by answering several questions, the most important of which are the causes of the roots of the Biafra crisis and the reasons for the secession of the region, its turned into a violent civil war between the Nigerian government and a group the separate regionen_US
