Abstract
بعد طرح إشكالية الدراسة وتحديد الأسئلة والفرضيات بدقة ومعرفة أهداف الدراسة تعرضنا في الفصل الأول إلى معنى العديد من المصطلحات الخاصة باستراتيجيات التكيف والضغوط النفسة وجائحة كوفيد 19حيث تم التطرق إلى العديد من التعريفات الخاصة بها حسب كل باحث وأهم استراتيجيات التكيف التي يستخدمها الطالب الجامعي مع المواقف الضاغطة في الجامعة وتم التعرف على العوامل المؤثرة في تحديد استراتيجيات التكيف المتمثلة في معرفة العوامل الشخصية ثم عرجنا في بحتنا هذا إلى أنواع استراتيجيات التكيف المتمثلة في استراتيجية التكيف الممركزة حول المشكل واستراتيجيات التكيف المتمركزة حول الانفعال وبعدها تم الولوج إلى النظريات التي تناولت استراتيجيات التكيف كالنظرية التحليلية وتطرقنا أيضا إلى النظرية المعرفية على انه لا يمكن فهم الضغط النفسي بدون الرجوع إلى المكون المعرفي الكامن وراء تفسير الفرد للموقف. ثم النظرية الاجتماعية التي تبرز مجموعة من الميكانيزمات
تعرفنا أيضا على الضغوط النفسية والمواقف الضاغطة التي قد تكون سلبية أو ايجابية مرتفعة أو منخفضة حسب مصدر هذه الضغوط وبعدها تم التعرض إلى بعض النماذج والنظريات المفسرة لها نذكر منها النظرية السلوكية والنظرية التحليلية النفسية والنظرية الإدراكية المعرفية والتي سوف نتعرض لهم بإسهاب لا حقا وبعده تم التعرض المفهوم الجائحة وفيها تم ضبط بعض المصطلحات مثل مصطلح كوفيد19ومصطلح كورونا والتعريف بهذا الوباء وأعراضه وكيفية الوقاية وأثر هذا الوباء على المجتمع بما فيها طلبة الجامعة، في الفصل الثاني خصص كاملا إلى تحديدا لاطار المنهجي للدراسة حدد فيه منهج الدراسة والدراسة الاستطلاعية وأدوات الدراسة والأساليب الإحصائية المستعملة ومن أجل الوصول إلى تحقيق أهداف البحث، في الفصل الثالث تم اختيار عينة قوامها (100) طالب من جامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة ومن مختلف التخصصات يدرسون في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19 واعتمدنا في ذلك على مقياس (تشارلز كارفر) وهو اختبار متعدد القياسات لأنواع استراتيجيات التكيف خلا ل فترة وباء كرونا .ولمعالجة نتائج الدراسة استخدمنا مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية المتوسط الحسابي وحساب النسب المئوية واستخدام مقياس (T) تاست لدراسة الفروق وتحليل التباين وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج تخدم أهداف البحث حسب ما أسفرت عليه نتائج اختبار(تشا رلز كارفر)
After asking the problem of the study, identifying questions and hypotheses with precision, and knowing the objectives of the study, we were exposed in chapter I to the meaning of many of the terms for adaptation strategies, stress and the Cofid pandemic 19 Many of their definitions were addressed by each researcher and the most important adaptation strategies used by a university student with compressive attitudes. Then a social theory that highlights a set of mechanics.
We also identified stress and compression that may be negative or positive, high or low, depending on the source of these pressures, and then we were exposed to some of the models and theories explained, including behavioral theory, psychoanalytic theory, cognitive cognitive theory, which we will experience at length, not really. The concept of the pandemic was then exposed, in which some terms, such as Cuvid19 and Corona, were seized, and the HIV/AIDS epidemic and its symptoms, how to prevent and the impact of the epidemic on society, including university students.
In chapter II, a methodological framework for the study was fully defined, in which the curriculum of the study, the exploratory study, the tools of the study, the statistical methods used and the achievement of research objectives were defined.
In the third quarter, a sample of 100 students from Muhammad Boudaf University was selected by liquefaction and from various disciplines studying under the Cofid pandemic 19 and this was based on the Charles Carver scale, a multi-scale test of types of adaptation strategies for the Krona epidemic.
To address the results of the study, we used a range of mean-arithmetic statistical methods, the calculation of percentages, the use of a T-scale created to study differences and analyse differences. The study produced results that served the objectives of the research as the results of the Cha'rl Carver test resulted.
