Abstract
This study aims to clarify the impact of organizational
climate on creative behavior of workers at Jordanian
pharmaceutical industry. Based on literature review the
research model and its hypotheses had been developed,
and the measurement of the variables had been adopted
from previous studies. A random sample technique had
been adopted due to the nature of the study, and a
structuredquestionnaire had been developed, whereas out
of (486) questionnaire forms (445) had been retrieved,
which represent (96%) of response rate. For reliability test
Chronbach Alpha had been conducted, besides multiple
regression, (T) test , and one way ANOVA in order to test
the study hypotheses. The results of the study show that
there is a statistically significant impact of organizational
climate in the creative behavior of employees. And there
were no statistical significant differences between the
estimates averages of members of study sample on
organizational climate due to personal and functional
variables. The study results were discussed and
recommendation were provided for future studies
