Abstract
دور التسيير الاداري "التخطيط-التحفيز" في تحسين الرياضة المدرسية
تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التسيير الرياضي في الرياضة المدرسية ويتجزأ الهدف الرئيسي إلى هدفين فرعين نهدف من خلالهما التعرف على دور التخطيط في تحسين الرياضة المدرسية، و التعرف على دور التحفيز في تحسين الرياضة المدرسية وتفرض الدراسة من خلال الفرضية العامة أن للتسيير الإداري دور ايجابي في تحسين الرياضة المدرسية، ومن خلال الفرضيات الجزئية نرى أن للتخطيط دور ايجابي في تحقيق أهداف الرياضة المدرسية وكذلك للتحفيز دور ايجابي أيضا وتكونت عينة البحث من 37 أستاذ للتربية البدنية والرياضية في التعليم المتوسط و من 43 مسير على مستوى الرابطة الولائية للرياضة المدرسية وكان اختيار العينة عشوائي نسبتها 30% وتمثلت الأداة المستخدمة في جمع البيانات في الاستبيان، و من أهم النتائج المستخلصة أن للتخطيط و التحفيز دور مهم في تحسين الرياضة المدرسية ومن أهم التوصيات التي خرجنا بها، إشراك جميع أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في مخططات الرياضة المدرسية لتحسينها و الأخذ بعين الاعتبار التخطيط والتحفيز لأنه السبيل للنجاح .
The role of EDM "stimulus plan" for the development of school sports
The study aims to determine the athlete's role in school sports director and embedded main objective with two branches aim of which is to identify the role of planning in the development of school sports and learn about the role of stimulus in the development of school sports and the imposition of study through public support to EDM positive role in the development of Sports at the school and through the partial hypotheses believes that the role of positive planning in achieving school sports goals and motivate positive role in achieving sports goals of the school and formed a research sample of 37 physical education and sports teacher at the middle school, and stimulus 43 in the Sports Assembly school State chose to represent a random sample an increase of 30% and is the tool used in the data questionnaire collection is the most important outcomes of planning and motivation plays an important role in the development of school sports and the most important recommendations that we came out with the participation of all teachers of physical education and sport in school sports programs for development and taking into account planning and motivation because the road to Success
