Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى البحث عن وجود علاقة بين التعرض للإساءة في مرحلة الطفولة وظهور سلوك الإجرام في مرحلة الرشد.
القتل كنموذج لدى عينة مكونة من اربع افراد ذكور سلكو جميعهم هذا السلوك وهم موجودين في الحجز القضائي بامؤسسة استشفائية مختصة بالامراض العقلية
للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثة دراسة الحالة كمنهج عيادي تستلزمه طبيعة هذه الدراسة،اداتها الاساسية هي المقابلة النصف الموجهة Entretien de recherche واستعانت بادوات ثانوية كمقياس خبرات الاساءة من اعداد دفيد بوتشين واختبار(Mini Mental) MMS Folstein وهو اختبار نفسي اكلينيكي يقيس القدرات العقلية و المعرفية الي جانب الملاحظة التي تتيحها المقابلة وجها الي وجه مع الحالة ودراسة الملفات الطبية و القضائية للحالات ومقابلة اسر الحالات .
وقد انتهت الى استنتاج وجود الاساءة في طفولة الحالات محل الدراسة و وجود علاقة بينها وبين سلك السلوك الاجرامي في مرحلة الرشد.
ومن بين مجموعة من العوامل الاخرى تبقى الاساءة عامل ذو اهمية بالغة في السلوك الاجرامي.
وبناءا على هذه النتيجة جاءت بعض الاقتراحات الساعية للمساهمة في الوقاية من الجريمة قبل حدوثها وكذا مزيد من الابحاث بهدف الوقوف على تفاصيل أكثر دقة من أجل تضييق اسبا ب اقتراف الجريمة.
Abstract
Tittle: Childhood abuse experience and its relationship with criminal behavior in adulthood; case study Murder felons as model.
Objectives: This study aimed to look for the relationship between exposure to abuse in all patterns during childhood (ie, the experience of abuse) and the rise of criminal behavior in adulthood.
Murder as a model for a sample composed of four inviduals who are who are in juridical position in psychatric institutions now.
A questionnaire of abuse experiences prepared by David Bernstein(CTO( was used; in addition to the Arabic translated version of the Mini Mental MMS Folstein and Hoachtbar test which consists of clinical measurements of mental abilities and knowledge, all along with the case face- to -face interview and observation offered within, and examination of their medical and judicial files.Also were held interviews with two cases’ family members, while the two other cases lost all contact with their families.
To answer the questions of the study, the researcher adopted case study and clinical interview as methods required by the nature of this study.
Results: Eventually, it infered the existence of relationship between abuse infliction in the childhood of murderers under study, and there criminal behavior in adulthood .The case doesn’t perceive the existence of this relationship.The cases’s parents were not conscious about the abuse and its backdraws.
With a range of other factors, abuse remains an important factor and authentic element in the personality of the criminal, a factor that, in times of inattention, releases a primitive behavior that has nothing to do with the humane side of the individual.
Recommendations: On the basis of this finding, the researcher suggested a set of recommandations in order to prevent crimes before they are committed. And also recommended to undertake further research work to identify more precise details so as to restrain the range of their perpetration.

Résumé :
Cette etude interesse la relation entre la maltraitance dans l’enfance et le comportement criminel a l’age adulte.
L’echantion de l’etude comporte quatre adultes masculins qui ont deja commis tous des meurtres et se trouvant en placement judiciaire dans un etablissement psychiatrique.
Pour repondre au questionnement de l’etude il a été procede par la methode clinique de l’etude de cas en s’aidant par le MiniMentalSe de Folstein et le COT de David m
Resultats:L’etude a permit de confirmer le vecu de la maltraitance dans l’enfance de Ces cas d’etude.
Ces cas d’etude ne sont pas concients de cette relation ; entre la maltraitance et leur comportement criminel.les parents de ces derniers n’ont pas été conscients que leur enfants subissaient une maltraitance quiquonque.
Recommondations:des recommondations ont été redigées et des themes de nouvelles etudes ont été proposees suite a cette etude.
