Abstract
ان الدور الكبير الذي باتت تلعبه تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في حياة الأفراد والمجتمعات والاقتصاديات، جعلها
تدخل ضمن البنى التحتية للعديد من المؤسسات (الأنساق المفتوحة)، التي تريد مواكبة التطورات الحديثة لا سيما منها
المؤسسات الاقتصادية، التي تدرك دور التجديد وفعالية المبتكرات في تغيير أنماط الاتصال والتسيير الكلاسيكية .
إن التكيف مع المدخلات الجديدة حتمية لابد منها تعبر عنها عملية التبني، وقد كانت المؤسسات الغربية السباقة
في ميدان إدخال تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة، والمؤسسات الجزائرية أيضا لم تكن بمنأى عن هذا التطور إذ دخلت تكنولوجيا
الاتصال الحديثة إلى صلب نشاطاتها اليومية، ومن هذا المنطلق توجهت دراستنا هذه إلى التعمق في واقع الاستخدام الفعلي
لهذه التكنولوجيا في مؤسساتنا وقد شهدت تكنولوجيا الاتصال الكثير من التطورات المتلاحقة التي كانت من نتائجها أن
إتسعت إستخدامات، وإنتشرت تطبيقاتها المجتمعية، فإمتدت لتشمل قطاعات أهمها القطاع المؤسساتي، فقد تعاظم في
الوقت الحالي إعتماد المؤسسات على تكنولوجيا الاتصال ، حيث أصبحت ضرورة ملحة من ضروريات العصر، فمنذ الربع
الأخير من القرن الماضي دخلت المؤسسات دائرة الارتباط أكثر فأكثر بوسائل و تكنولوجيات الاتصال، ومن هذا المنطلق
توجهت دراستنا هذه إلى محاولة الكشف عن واقع التطبيق الفعلي لتكنولوجيات الاتصال في مؤسسة الإتصال الجزائر
بالمسيلة كالتالي:
- التعرف على أهم تكنولوجيات الإتصال التي تستخدمها المؤسسة محل البحث شكلا ومضمونا مما يساعد
على معرفة ما إذا كان هذا الإستخدام يخدم مصالحها.
- معرفة دور تكنولوجيات الإتصال في تحسين أداء المؤسسة الخدماتية الجزائرية.
- التعرف على بعض المشاكل و المعوقات التي تحد المؤسسة محل البحث من إستغلالها الفعلي لتكنولوجيات
الإتصال

most important of which is the institutional sector. At the present time, institutions' reliance on
technology has increased. Communication, as it has become an urgent necessity of the times, since
the last quarter of the last century, institutions have entered the circle of being more and more
connected with means and technologies. Communication, and from this point of view, our study
aimed to try to reveal the reality of the actual application of technologies Contacting the Algeria
Telecom Corporation in Msila is as follows:

- Knowing the role of communication technologies in improving the performance of the
Algerian service institution.
