Abstract
- عنوانالدراسة:"مساهمة حاضنة الاعمال في تكوين طلبة قسم الإدارة والتسيير ارياضي في الولوج إلى عالم الشغل "
-هدفالدراسة: -- التعرف على مختلف الأساليب والطرق المتعلقة باعتماد ملاعب كرة القدم في مختلف النشاطات الرياضية والمنافسات.
-مشكلةالدراسة: -ماهي أليات تفعيل طرق وبرامج وأساليب اعتماد ملاعب كرة القدم في المنافسات الرياضية ؟
-فرضياتالدراسة:
- إدارة وتسيير ملاعب كرة القدم لها دور في تطوير المنافسات الرياضية .
- الاعتماد على مبدأ الاستيعاب في اعتماد ملاعب كرة القدم يساهم في تطوير المنافسات الرياضية .
- الاعتماد على مبدأ السلامة بملاعب كرة القدم يساهم في تطوير المنافسات الرياضية
- عينة الدراسة: أخذ العينة من ثلاثين (20) موظف ومسير من ملعب بلدية أولاد دراج
- منهج الدراسة: المنهج الوصفي

-النتائجالمتوصلإليها:لقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية:
- إقرار الاجراءات التي تتبع في تنفيذ مختلف العمليات داخل ملاعب كرة القدم ورسم السياسات والقواعد التي تحكم تصرفات المسيرين ، وتحديد الأهداف المطلوبة والوصول إليها من خلال الجهد الجماعي، هي عناصر أساسية من عناصر الادارة التي تساهم في تسيير ملاعب كرة القدم وتطوير المنافسات، وهذه العناصر يجب اعتمادها في جميع ملاعب كرة القدم من أجل التطور والرقي .
- إستخلاصاتواقتراحات:
- القيام بسياسة إعلامية من أجل شرح النمط التسيير المطبق حاليا في ملاعب كرة القدم لإزالة الالتباس والغموض لدى المسيرين والرياضيين وتفادي المشاكل مع المسؤولين .
- تسهيل ظروف العمل للمسيرين والرياضيين من أجل الحصول على نتائج رياضية .

Approving the procedures to be followed in the implementation of the various operations inside football stadiums and setting policies and rules governing the behavior of managers ,Defining the required goals and reaching them through team effort ,They are essential elements of management that contribute to the management of football stadiums and the development of competitions ,These elements must be adopted in all football stadiums for development and advancement
Conclusions and suggestions
- Carrying out a media policy in order to explain the current management pattern applied in football stadiums to eliminate confusion and ambiguity among managers and athletes and to avoid problems with officials.
- Facilitating working conditions for managers and athletes in order to obtain sports results.
