| dc.description.abstract | Infrastructure projects are a key pillar in the development process of any country. However, the magnitude of the funding it needs has become a major financial burden on state budgets, which has to find alternative ways to finance and construct such projects, notably partnership with the private sector. The BOT system is one of the most important forms of participation of the private sector in the construction of development projects.
