- بعد عرضنا للنتائج وتفسيرها ومناقشتها نستنتج مايلي :
تحققت الفرضية الأولى والتي كان نصها التنظيمفي ادارة الموارد البشرية يسهم في ترقية وتطوير الممارسة الرياضية بقطاع الحماية المدنية ,

Summary of the study in English:
- Ttitle of the study:
Proposal of a model for human resources management as a way to promote and develop the sport practice in the civil protection sector.
- Objective of the study:
to know the extent of the contribution of human resources management in the promotion and development of sports practice in the civil protection sector.
- The problem of study:
Is the management of human resources in the promotion and development of sports practice in the civil protection sector?
Methodological procedures for the field study:
- Sample: Intentional sample consisted of 252 athletes of whom 40 are administrative frameworks working at the level of the civil protection sector
- Spatial area of study:
This study was conducted at the level of directorates of civil protection for 14 states from different quarters
- Methodology: We relied on the descriptive method of analytical method, so as to fit the nature of the study.
-Tools: Lycert Scale Questionnaire.
Results:
After our presentation of the results, interpretation and discussion, we conclude the following:
The first hypothesis was fulfilled
The organization of human resources management works to promote and develop sports practice in the civil protection sector,-
-The second hypothesis, which was written in the planning in the management of human resources on the development and practice of sports in the civil protection sector,
-And the third hypothesis, which was written by the employment in the management of human resources to the promoteand development of sports practice in the civil protection sector,
-The fourth hypothesis, which was written by the training in human resources management, is the promoteand development of sports practice in the civil protection sector,
-The fifth hypothesis, which was written in the performance assessment of human resources management, is the promoteand development of sports practice in the civil protection sector,
-The sixth and final hypothesis, which reads as follows: The system of incentives in the management of human resources to develop the practice of sport in the civil protection sector.
From this, we say that the general premise, which was proposed as a model for human resources management, contributes to the promotion and development of the sport practice in the civil protection sector.
The evidence indicates that human resource management has an important role
in promoting and developing sports practice
Recommendations:
- Re-examine the administrative organization of the Directorate General and give the sport a special place and administrative organization from the top of the pyramid to the base.
- The need for careful and long-term planning according to prospective studies with a vision for the future of this vital and important sector through the development of programs that contribute to the promotion and development of sports practice. - The need to work to create a precise job description of all functions in the sports field in a manner that ensures the identification of tasks and responsibilities.
- Preparation of training programs and courses supervised by experts and researchers in the field of sports for the Directorate General and sub-districts and all the competencies of the sport of the civil protection sector. - Reconsidering the recruitment mechanisms in accordance with the requirements of the ideal aid (be of high fitness and have experience in the field of sports practice.
- The establishment of an incentive system in an encouraging manner to give some kind of competition to earn first rank in sports (adapted sport) in local competitions (state, regional and national). Administration As a continuation of the research on the subject of human resources management in the sports field, the following points should be considered:
- Conducting deep studies on the management of human materials in the field of sports, especially in the civil protection sector and in all fields not only in sport, because the development of other interests will ensure the development of sports. - Extensive study on how the administrative reorganization of the civil protection sector and review the centralization of the administration and its disadvantages and encourage decentralization by establishing regional directorates and interests
Future Prospects:
- Discussing research that helps to uncover the importance of managing human resources in the field of sports in the future. - Research on sports practice in the military and paramilitary sectors.
- Conduct research on administrative organization that contributes to the promotion and development of sports practice in the paramilitary sectors.
- To conduct a comprehensive assessment of the civil protection sector of the current administrative organization and to provide urgent solutions for the promotion of sport and development of administrative and field.
