| dc.description.abstract | الملخص: يعد تحسين مخرجات التعليم العالي من الغايات الكبرى التي تسعى إليها الجامعات ومراكز البحث في مختلف دول العالم، وبالتالي فإن تحديد العوامل المساعدة على ذلك أمر في غاية الأهمية، ويعتبر الإنتاج العلمي للأستاذ الجامعي من بين هذه المخرجات، لذلك فقد جاءت هذه الدراسة الاستطلاعية لتحديد أهم العوامل أو المحددات التنظيمية، التي من شأنها التأثير سلبا أو إيجابا في مستوى ونوعية الإنتاج العلمي لدى الأستاذ الجامعي الجزائري، من خلال استطلاع آراء عينة من أساتذة جامعتي سطيف 1 و2. الكلمات المفتاحية: المحددات التنظيمية، الإنتاج العلمي، الأستاذ الجامعي.
