Abstract
تعتبر عملية التوجيه و الارشاد المدرسي و المهني، أكثر أنواع التوجيه استخداما و انتشارا بين الأنظمة التربوية المعاصرة، ونشاطا لا يقل أهمية عن التربية ذاتها.
وفي الجزائر يولي المسؤولون في النظام التربوي، اهتماما متزايدا بهذه العملية، و يبدو ذلك جليا في ترقية مهنة القائمين بالتوجيه و الارشاد في الوسط المدرسي من خلال استحداث هذا السلك وفي الأبواب المفتوحة حول التوجيه المدرسي و المهني التي تنظمها سنويا الهيئة الوصية على التربية الوطنية، ولم تكن هذه المبادرة إلا رغبة في تحسيس لأولياء و المدريين و المسيرين بأهمية هذه العملية التي تحمل رهانات عظيمة على المستوى الفردي و الاجتماعي
وعلى هذا جاءت المطبوعة التالية لتسليط الضوء على الارشاد و التوجيه التربوي بصفة عامة ، و التوجيه و الارشاد المهني و المدرسي في الجزائر بصفة خاصة من خلال العناصر التالية:مدخل مفاهيمي وتاريخي لمفاهيم الإرشاد والتوجيه التربوي، مراحل تطور الإرشاد والتوجيه التربوي،تعريف التوجيه المدرسي والمهني،التوجيه المدرسي والمهني في العالم الغربي،التوجيه المدرسي والمهني في العالم العربي، التوجيه المدرسي والمهني في الجزائر،أسس التوجيه المدرسي والمهني،أسس التوجيه المعتمدة من طرف الوزارة، ظهور مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني في الجزائر ،الحاجة إلى مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني،الإطار المكاني لعمل مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني، مهام مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني،وسائل عمل مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني،الصعوبات التي تواجه مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني في أداء مهامه
The process of school and vocational guidance and counseling isconsidered the mostwidelyused and widespread type of guidance amongcontemporaryeducationalsystems, and an activity no less important thaneducationitself.
In Algeria, officials in the educational system are payingincreasing attention to thisprocess, and thisisevident in the promotion of the profession of thoseresponsible for guidance and counseling in the schoolenvironmentthrough the creation of this body and in the open doors on school and vocational guidance organizedannually by the guardian body for national education. This initiative isbased on a desire to sensitize parents, teachers, and administrators to the importance of thisprocess, which carries greatstakes on the individual and social levels.
Accordingly, the following publication came to shed light on educational guidance and guidance in general, and vocational and school guidance and guidance in Algeria in particular, through the followingelements: aconceptual and historical introduction to the concepts of educational guidance and guidance, the stages of development of educational guidance and guidance, the definition of school and vocational guidance, School and vocational guidance in the Western world, school and vocational guidance in the Arab world, school and vocational guidance in Algeria, foundations of schooland vocational guidance, foundations of guidance approved by the Ministry, the emergence of the school and vocational guidance counselor in Algeria, the need for a school and vocational guidance counselor, the spatial framework for the work The school and vocational guidance counselor, the tasks of the school and vocational guidance counselor, the means of work of the school and vocational guidance counselor, the difficultiesfacing the school and vocational guidance counselor in performinghisduties.
