Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور القيادة المستدامة لدى الموظفين في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالمسيلة، ولتحقيق هذه الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وتم تصميم الاستبانة مكونة من 31 عبارة طبقت على عينة مكونة من 57 موظف بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات اسفرت النتائج على ان القيادة المستدامة لا تلعب دور في تعزيز سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية. This study aims to recognize the role of sustainable leadership in promoting the organizational citizenship behavior of Employees at the algiers telecommunications foundation in el Msila , to achieve this study the descriptive curriculum was relied upon , a 31- phrase questionnaire was designed for a sample of 57 staff of the Algiers telecommunications corporation, after statistical processing of data , the results that sustainable leadership did show that were is no role for sustainable leadership promoting organizational citizenship behavior.
