Abstract
تتناولنافي موضوعنادور النقابة في فك نزاعاتالعمل في المؤسسة وحددنا بالتخصيص مؤسسةلافارجللإسمنتبالمسيلةباعتبارهاأحدصورالنزاعاتالاجتماعية،إذأنهاتعكسمنحيثأشكالهاوآلياتهاومطالبهاونتائجهاطبيعةالعلاقاتالاجتماعيةوموازينالقوىبينأطرافالنزاع، كماستمكنهذهالدراسةمنالكشفعنأوضاعالفاعلينالاجتماعيين ودور النقابة في فك هذا النزاع ،ومدىممارستهالحرياتهاالفرديةوالجماعية
In our topic, we dealt with the role of the trade union in resolving labor disputes in the enterprise, and we specifically identified the Lafarge Cement Corporation in M'sila as one of the forms of social conflicts, as it reflects in terms of its forms, mechanisms, demands and results the nature of social relations and the balance of power between the parties to the conflict. This study will also enable to reveal the conditions of the actors social workers and the role of the union in resolving this conflict, and the extent to which it exercises its individual and collective freedoms.
