Abstract
This study dealt with the concept of electronic money which emerged as a result of the
revolution of technology and the spread of e-commerce phenomenon and as a tool of
fulfillment, the latter imposed on various banking and non-bank institutions to deal with
electronic money, which had advantages and risks to the borrowers in the money market
took into account.
