Abstract
تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع دينامية العلاقة الزوجية وقلق الانفصال العاطفي لدى النساء جراء الإصابة بسرطان الثدي، حيث جاءت هذه المحاولة البحثية لتسليط الضوء على اهم المخاوف التي تعاني منها المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي وانعكاسها على تقدير ذواتهن وكذا برز دور الدعم النفسي وتأثيره على تقبل المرض والعلاج وكذا تأثيره على نوعية الحياة لديهن جراء التغيرات الصدمية والجسمية و النفسية وحتى الاجتماعية .
اما من جهة اخرى تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة العلاقة بين التوافق الزواجي و قلق الانفصال العاطفي لدى المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي، انطلاقا من الاشكالية العامة؛ ما أثر دينامية العلاقة الزوجية وقلق الانفصال العاطفي على النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي ؟
استنادا من المنهج العيادي الملائم لمتغيرات الدراسة، استهدفنا مجموعة دراسة متكونة من 3 نساء متزوجات مصابات بسرطان الثدي، وعن طريق استخدام اختبار تفهم الموضوع.
وبعد ضبط بروتوكول اختبار تفهم الموضوع توصلنا إلى كلما كانت دينامية العلاقة الزوجية جيدة والدعم النفسي من طرف الزوج بمعنى من ناحية الوجدانات و التصورات، الترابط بين الأفكار و عدم الخوف من الانفصال لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي كلما كان المعاش النفسي جيد و كان الشفاء أسرع، حيث توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الدعم النفسي من طرف الزوج و بين سرطان الثدي لدى عينة الدراسة.
لنختم الدراسة ب استنتاج عام حول نتائج الدراسة وخلاصة حول موضوع الدراسة وبعض المقترحات في حدود ماتوصلنا إليه في هذه الاخيرة
This study dealt with the issue of the dynamics of the marital relationship and the anxiety of emotional separation among women as a result of breast cancer. Their quality of life is affected by traumatic, physical, psychological and even social changes.
On the other hand, the study aims to know the relationship between marital compatibility and emotional separation anxiety among women with breast cancer, based on the general problem ; What is the effect of marital relationship dynamics and emotional separation anxiety on women with breast cancer?
Based on the appropriate clinical approach to the variables of the study, we targeted a study group consisting of 3 married women with breast cancer, and by using the subject understanding test.
And after adjusting the subject understanding test protocol, we found that the better the dynamic of the marital relationship and the psychological support on the part of the husband, meaning in terms of sentiments and perceptions, the interdependence between ideas and the lack of fear of separation in women with breast cancer, the better the psychological pension and the faster the recovery, as there is A positive correlation between psychological support by the husband and breast cancer among the study sample.
Let us conclude the study with a general conclusion about the results of the study, a summary on the subject of the study, and some proposals within the limits of what we have reached in this latter
