| dc.description.abstract | The human trafficking crime is considered as one of the most dangerous and widespread crimes, as it ranks third after the drugs trade and arms trade. It is committed by organized gangs that are professional in this trade, they exercise their functions on the larger scale, which has negative repercussions affecting the society in general and the target groups in particular. On this basis, all the international and national legislations sought to put legal mechanisms to guarantee the prevention and elimination of this crime. It worked on enacting legislation on the one hand, issuing various charters and agreements and working to achieve the international cooperation on the other hand, in order to ensure the achievement of sufficient effectiveness to combat this crime. | en_US |
