Abstract
Our research is part of the correlation studies aimed at identifying the relationship between psychological resilience
and certain personality traits (diastolic, conscientious, neurotic) in nurses working at the Psychiatric Hospital in Misla
state, as well as to know the relationship between psychological resilience and the following features: diastolic,
Conscientious, neurotic nurses, where we adopted the descriptive correlation method and we used the study tools
represented by the tool of psychological resilience and personality trait tool, applied to a sample of (50) nurses out of
(87), and to check the hypotheses of the study with the help of With the appropriate statistical methods and program
(SPSS) we get the following results: - There is a statistically significant correlation between psychological resilience
and some personality traits in nurses and that there is a positive correlation between psychological resilience and both
poisons (diastolic, conscientiousness) while there is a negative correlation between psychological and neurotic
resilience and in the end they presented a set of suggestions and recommendations based on what we get in the study
