Abstract
This study aims to provide a clear
view, and designs a clear role on human
resources management for all parties
concerned, scholars in this field of
management knowledge, businessmen,
investors and workers in various
administrative areas and all those affected by
the rapid changes and successive occurring
in an environment business and
management.
To achieve the objectives of this
study the following sections are to be
discussed:
- The concept and nature of human resources
management.
- The traditional view and modern human
resources management
- Human resources management functions.
- Platform and components of human
resources information system.
- Areas of use and steps to develop the
human resources information system.
- Requirements for the success of human
resources information systems.
- Profile of manpower in Libya
Through the data of this study we
come up with some recommendations
including: the need for further studies
specialized on the subject of human
resources management, and the
establishment of centers of experts in the use
of scientific methods to human resources
management, particularly communities of
developing and facilitating the flow of
information between the various
administrative bodies and the use of
communication technology in various forms.
