dc.description.abstract | The current study dealt with the reality of strategic planning for total quality management in higher education institutions from the point of view of the faculty members.It aims to identify the clarity of the strategic planning concept of TQM and the level of strategic planning for TQM in the areas of strategic vision, strategic message, strategic objectives, strategic analysis of the internal and external environment.The study was applied to 52 professors (M / D) at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M`sila during the second semester of the academic year 2017/2018. We have applied a questionnaire consisting of 50 items, after verifying its validity and consistency, and we followed the descriptive approach in data analysis. The study found the following results: - The degree of clarity of the concept of strategic planning for total quality management at the university is high. - The level of strategic planning for total quality management in the field of vision is high. - The level of strategic planning for TQM in the field of message is high. - The level of strategic planning for TQM in the field of goals is high. - The level of strategic planning for total quality management in the field of strategic analysis of the internal and external environment is high | en_US |
