Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية التي تبحث عن العلاقة بين اضطرابات النوم وظهور اضطراب هرمون الغدة الدرقية لدى القابلات في المؤسسة الاستشفائية الشهيد رزيق البشير ببوسعادة، كما سعت الدراسة إلي التعرف على سن الإصابة باضطراب هرمون الغدة الدرقية لدى عينة الدراسة، وكذلك للكشف عن درجات اضطرابات النوم وأبعادها الفرعية لدى القابلات وللإجابة عن تساؤل الدراسة استخدمنا العيادي بتقنية دراسة الحالة وتكونت العينة من 3قابلات مصابات باضطراب هرمون الغدة الدرقية ولجمع المعلومات استخدمنا: المقابلة ومقياس اضطرابات النوم لمحمد مجدي الدسوقي (2006)وقد اختيرت العينة بطريقة قصدية وتوصلت الدراسة إلي نتائج التالية :
-لا توجد علاقة بين اضطرابات النوم وظهور اضطراب هرمون الغدة الدرقية لدى القابلات.
-يؤدي سن الإصابة بالغدة الدرقية إلى ظهور اضطرابات النوم لدى القابلات.
-لا تؤدي إصابة القابلات بالغدة الدرقية غالى اضطراب نوم شديد
- The aim of the current study، which searches for the relationship between sleep disorders and the emergence of thyroid hormone disorder among midwives in the hospital institution Martyr Rizek Al-Bashir in Bousaada، also sought to identify the age of thyroid hormone disorder in the study sample، as well as to reveal the degrees of sleep disorders and their sub-dimensions among midwives
- To answer the question of the study، we used the clinical case study technique and the sample consisted of 3 midwives with thyroid hormone disorder، and to collect information we used: Interview and the Sleep Disorder Scale of Muhammad Magdy El-Desouky (2006). The sample was chosen intentionally and the study reached the following results:
- There is no unified relationship between sleep disorders and the emergence of thyroid hormone disorder among midwives
- The age of thyroid disease leads to sleep disturbances among midwives.
- A midwife's injury does not lead to severe sleep disturbance.
