Abstract
- الملخص: لقد تعددت الاتجاهات والمذاهب في تحليلها لظاهرة العنف فمنها ما يرده إلى شخصية الفرد نفسه، ومنها ما يردها إلى التكوين العضوي والبيولوجي للمجرم، ومن التفسيرات البيولوجية الحديثة للجريمة ارتباطه بوجود مورثات جينية تسبب إنتاج هرمونات معينة، أو تغير الإفرازات الهرمونية في الجسم قبل الولادة أو بعدها مباشرة، تساهم في ظهور تصرفات غير اجتماعية في عمر مبكر، ويصابون بإعراض السلوك العنيف. إضافة إلى ذلك، قد لا يظل البحث عن تفسير الظاهرة الإجرامية في نطاق العوامل الداخلية ذاتها، وإنما باللجوء تحديدا إلى العوامل المتعلقة بالتكوين النفسي للفرد سواء ما يتعلق بمنطقة الشعور أو اللاشعور لديه. ومن النظريات النفسية المفسرة لهذه الظاهرة نجد نظرية الإحباط ونظرية التعلم الاجتماعي. - الكلمات المفتاحية: التفسير النفسي- التفسير البيولوجي- العنف. - Abstract: Recent biological explanations of the crime are linked to the presence of genetic genes that cause the production of certain hormones, or changes in the hormonal secretions in the body before or shortly after birth, contributing to the emergence of non-social behaviors at an early age, and symptoms of violent behavior. In addition, there are factors related to the psychological composition of the individual, whether in relation to the area of feeling or unconsciousness.
