ملخص الدراسة
عنوان الدراسة:
• المؤسسة الخاصة ودورها في تمويل الأندية الرياضية المحترفة .
دراسة ميدانية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية الخاصة لولاية برج بوعريريج
هدف الدراسة:
• التعرف على دور المؤسسة الخاصة في تمويل الاندية الرياضية من خلال التدعيم ومن خلال الترويج والاشهار .
• إظهار ومعرفة العلاقة الموجودة بين رؤساء المؤسسات الاقتصادية الخاصة والنوادي الرياضية .
• معرفة أسباب عزوف المؤسسات الخاصة عن تمويل الاندية الرياضية المحترفة
مشكلة الدراسة
هل للمؤسسة الخاصة دور في تمويل الأندية الرياضية المحترفة ؟
ويندرج تحت هذا التساؤل العام التساؤلات الجزئية التالية :
ــ هل للمؤسسة الخاصة دور في تمويل الأندية الرياضية المحترفة من خلال التدعيم ؟
ــ هل للمؤسسة الخاصة دور في تمويل الأندية الرياضية المحترفة من خلال الترويج و الإشهار ؟
الفرضية العامة :
ــ للمؤسسة الخاصة دور في تمويل الأندية الرياضية المحترفة .
الفرضيات الجزئية :
ــ المؤسسة الخاصة لها دور في تمويل الأندية الرياضية المحترفة من خلال التدعيم .
ــ المؤسسة الخاصة لها دور في تمويل الأندية الرياضية المحترفة من خلال الترويج و الإشهار .
منهج الدراسة :
• اعتمدنا في بحثنا هذا على المنهج الوصفي كونه يتلائم مع طبيعة المشكلة المدروسة .
مجتمع وعينة الدراسة:
يتكون مجتمع بحثنا من (22) مؤسسة اقتصادية خاصة .
أما بالنسبة لعينة البحث فهي (22) مسيري ورئيس المؤسسة الخاصة (طريقة المسح الشامل ) .
أساليب جمع البيانات : اعتمدنا في بحثنا على استبيان اشتمل على محورين 8 أسئلة في كل محور .
تم توزيع استمارة استبيان على رؤساء ومسيري المؤسسات الخاصة ، ونظرا لطبيعة الموضوع الذي تناولناه في دراستنا قصد تحليل نتائج ودراسة الإشكالية التي طرحناها فإننا اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الذي يختص بجمع البيانات والتقارير أو الجداول الكمية أو كلاهما معا ، وقد كان الاستبيان من انجح الطرق للتحقق من الاشكالية المطروحة للدراسة التي بحثنا فيها .
نتائج الدراسة :
المؤسسة الخاصة لها دور في تنمية القطاع الرياضي عموما والاندية خصوصا .
أكّدت الدراسة على دور المؤسسة الخاصة في تمويل الأندية الرياضية المحترفة .
الاقتراحات والفرضيات المستقبلية :
الاهتمام بالمؤسسات الخاصة بإدارة الموارد البشرية كونها تواكب التطور وتعمل جاهدة على تنشيط حوافز التغيير وتنمية عوامله وتحريك متطلباته و فتح تخصصات في إدارة الموارد البشرية في المعاهد الرياضية
تكوين إطارات متخصصة في إدارة الموارد البشرية على أيدي ذات خبرة وكفاءة متخصصة في هذا المجال.

Study problem:Does the private institution have a role in financing professional sports clubs?
The following partial questions are included in this general question:
Does the private institution have a role in financing professional sports clubs through consolidation?
Does the private institution have a role in financing professional sports clubs through promotion and advertising?
General hypothesis:
The private institution has a role in financing professional sports clubs.
Partial hypotheses:
The private institution has a role in financing professional sports clubs through consolidation.
The private institution has a role in financing professional sports clubs through promotion and advertising.
The curriculum:
• In our research, we have adopted a descriptive approach as it fits the nature of the problem studied.
Community and sample study:
Our research community consists of (22) private economic institutions.
As for the research sample, it is (22) Maseri and the head of the private institution (comprehensive survey method).
Data collection methods: In our research, we adopted a questionnaire that included two axes, 8 questions in each axis.
A questionnaire was distributed to the heads and directors of private institutions, and due to the nature of the topic that we addressed in our study in order to analyze the results and study the problem that we presented, we relied on the descriptive approach that deals with the collection of data, reports or quantitative tables or both, and the questionnaire was one of the most successful ways to verify the problem posed for the study that we examined.
The results of the study:
The private institution has a role in the development of the sports sector in general and clubs in particular.
The study emphasized the role of the private foundation in the financing of professional sports clubs.
Future suggestions and hypotheses:
• Attention to institutions for human resources management as it keeps pace with development and works hard to activate the incentives for change and develop its factors and move its requirements and open specialties in human resources management in sports institutes
The formation of specialized frameworks in the management of human resources by experienced and competent specialists in this field.
