Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن دور الاكتئاب في اصابة العمال بحوادث العمل، لدى عينة من عمال وحدة كوندور ببرج بوعريريج، و لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم تطبيق استبيان على عينة مكونة من 40 عامل باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و قد أظهرت الدراسة النتائج التالية:
- ان للاكتئاب دور في اصابة العمال بحوادث العمل.
- ان هناك عدة عوامل تؤثر في حوادث العمل كالعوامل الانفعالية، الجسدية، الخبرة المهنية، درجة الحرارة، الضوضاء.
ABSTRACT
This study aimed at discovering the role of depression in workers exposure to work accidents.
This study was conducted on a sample of group of workers at Condor Unit in Bordj Bou-ariridj
In order to achieve the goals of this study, we used a questionnaire to group of 40 workers by using the descriptive analytical approach.
This study has shown the following results:
- Depression does have a role in workers exposure to work accidents. - There are certain factors that affect or may cause work accidents such as emotional, bodily, Professional experience, temperature, and noise factors
