Abstract
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن المساندة الأسرية للصدمة النّفسية لدى مريضات سرطان الثدي بمستشفى بشير رزيق ببوسعادة، والتعرف على أهم المؤشرات التي تساهم في تحقيق المساندة الأسرية للتخفيف من حدّة وشدّة الصدمة النّفسية، ولتحقيق الدراسة استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي، ومقياس الصدمة النفسية، ومقياس المساندة الأسرية اللذان يتيحان للمختص معرفة إذا ماكانت المساندة الأسرية تساعد في التخفيف من الصدمة التي تحدث لمريضات سرطان الثدي عند سماعهن بخبر هذا المرض الخبيث.
وبعد الدّراسة وتطبيق المقاييس على مريضات سرطان الثّدي تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية:
• لاتوجد علاقة بين الصدمة النفسية والمساندة الأسرية لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي.
• مستوى الصدمة النفسية منخفض عند النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي.
• مستوى المساندة الأسرية منخفض لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي.
The current study aims to explore the family support for psychological trauma among breast cancer patients at the BachirRazeek Hospital inBouSaada.
The studty also aims to indentify the key indicators that contribute to achieving family support in alleviating the severity of psychological trauma.
The researcher utilized a descriptive approach. The psychological trauma scale and the family support scale which enable the specialist to determine whether family support helps in mitigating the trauma experienced by breast cancer patients upon hearing the news of this malignant disease.
After conducting the study Appling the scale to breast cancer patients. The following result were obtained:
• There is no relationship between psychological truma and family support among women with breast cancer.
• The level of psychological trauma is low among women with breast cancer.
• The level of family support is low among women with breast cancer.
