dc.description.abstractIn institutions, intranet is one of the most prominent components of modern communications technology, and The formation of human resources is considered- especially remote formation-as the most important sustainable manner Intranet uses that most practice in Algeria. To link between theory and practice, we make empirical study were based on an exploratory study to that included documents contain, and interviews with experts due to the complex nature of the study. The corresponding guide divided into four basic themes in line with the problematic research, related to these themes Intranet uses, impact on human resources development and the organizational structure, the distance formation through this sustainability of the network and its impact on human resource development. the paper conclude, found results supported theoretical approaches and experience by comparing the perspective and expert opinions.en_US
