dc.description.abstract | In institutions, intranet is one of the most prominent components of modern communications technology, and The formation of human resources is considered- especially remote formation-as the most important sustainable manner Intranet uses that most practice in Algeria. To link between theory and practice, we make empirical study were based on an exploratory study to that included documents contain, and interviews with experts due to the complex nature of the study.
