Abstract
Tribal systems and multiple royal systems are among the most important traditional systems based on societal traditions that derive their authority from the community either through representation or exploitation, using methods such as representation or alliance. Regimes combine in addition to what is traditional and modern (democracy), and this is what we discussed in the Yemeni and Jordanian experiences
