Item Open Access The Role Of Physical And Athletic Activities Inside The School In Selecting And Directing Talented People Towards Competitive Sports (handball Model)(Université de M'sila, 2017-12-15) بن قسمي, يعقوبSummary: In this study we aim to identify the role of physical and athletic activities inside the school in selecting and directing talented people towards competitive sports (handball model). This is from the point of view of the teachers of physical education and sports working in the middle school. To achieve this, the researchers used the analytical descriptive approach to determine the point of view of the teachers of physical education about the role of physical and athletic activities inside the school in selecting and directing the talented towards competitive sports by designing a questionnaire to collect data divided into four chapters. which is divided into jour chophers then they. Distributed it our an arbitary sample. Of to teachers.they recuperated (40) with a response rate of about (80%) of the survey. To achieve the objective of the study, the researchers used several statistical methods, including Pearson correlation coefficient for stability, frequency and percentages, and the arithmetic mean to determine the level of response to the variables of study and ka 2 to identify the differences. The results of the study showed that there are no differences between the teachers' view about the role of physical and athletic activities inside the school in selecting and directing talented people towards competitive sports. Where they answered that the selection process does not follow the scientific basis, which have a great importance in the selection process as well as the experience and the formation of teachers have an effective role in the selection of talented and among the obstacles of the selection is the lack of the necessary capabilities and help the process of good selection. Based on the results of the study, many recommendations were made. The most important of these recommendations was the necessity of allocating practical seminars for teachers in terms of selection and guidance to train teachers on how to apply them in practice. And also providing school equipment to help teachers apply the tests and scientific basis of the selection process.
