The current global economic
situations resulted from globalization
and its negative effects on world
economy. Led to introduce an
alternative policy , in order to create
qualitative strategies for medium and
small companies. Through which
getting solutions to overcome the
current economic situations to push the
development process and to protect their
economics.
All this require designing a
clear and definite policy adapted to
current world situations to improve
effectiveness and efficiency .
