This study is designed to identify the level of the application of the principles of corporate governance in the Algerian institutions, for the purpose of knowing the degree of compatibility of the application of the principles of corporate governance in these institutions and principles of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, and then submit the necessary proposals, to achieve the objectives of the study and test the hypotheses was the preparation of a questionnaire and analysis through the statistical program SPSS. It has been distributing 110 a form, either the number of forms that met the conditions of the analysis was 90 a form, where the distribution of the questionnaire to the administrative process in the tires of Algerian enterprises. And reached the conclusion that there is a relative application of the principles of governance of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. Perhaps the most important proposals reached is to activate the interest in the application of the principles of corporate governance for the purpose of attracting foreign investment, and to study in line with the Algerian business environment, the nature and conditions of work before the principles of corporate governance institutions
