This study seeks to identify the contribution of Financial Statements to investment decisions
in the stock market, in order to achieve the objectives of the studywas used the questionnaire where
distributed on a sample of investors on Algeria, was the use of statistical analysis spss.
The study concluded that there is a positive role has a statistical significance between the Financial
Statements and investment decisions, where is one of the most important sources of information on
which investors in making decisions.
