On the other hand, the industrial sector has a Positive Impact on economic development. And this is due to the continuation of the Algerian authorities to focus on the industrial sector in general and the oil sector in particular, which led to the neglect of the agricultural sector and declining in agricultural productivity “de-agriculturization” caused by the effects of the Dutch disease.en_US
