Abstract

This study aimed to know the impact of talent management on organizational performance in one of the Algerian economic institutions, which is the Condor Foundation (Borj Bou Arreridj). In order to achieve the goal of the study, this topic was addressed, in whose theoretical framework we addressed the most important concepts related to the variables of the study. As for the practical aspect, we adopted On the quantitative study, in which we used the questionnaire as the main tool for collecting and analyzing data and information. The study was applied to a random sample of 60 employees. The data was analyzed and hypotheses were tested using the statistical program spss v 22 . The results of the study finally concluded that there is a positive contribution of the two dimensions of talent attraction and talent development combined in raising the level of job performance at the Condor Foundation. That is, there is a statistically significant effect of talent attraction on job performance and there is a statistically significant effect of talent development on job performance.
