| dc.description.abstract | This study tries to investigate the impact of national development on the aspects of positive energy of the students 6staff and employees of the Faculty of Education 6Al Jouf University. Quasi experimental method adopted in this study. Simple random sampling applied to select a sample of (36) students 6staff and employees. The tool of data collection designed by the researchers to test the traits of positive energy among respondents. Test and retest applied on the respondents before and after the celebrations of the Saudi’s National day. Data analyzed by statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). The most important results of the study are: The celebrations of The Saudi’s National day statistically increased the all the dimensions of the positives energy among the population. The study also showed that there is a significant difference in dimensions of determination 6encouragement and ambition in favorof students compared with other two groups. Finally 6the results showed that the most positively influenced traits are; success 6 belonging 6pride 6and less affected traits are: determination 6ambition 6 loyalty and fidelity. The study recommended the importance of national celebrations to enhance these vital forces among the members of the community. | en_US |
