Abstract
Noted that at the university
level, is still considering
the classic study of
development economics, looks
at the optimum utilization
of material resources,
financial and human
resources in order to
achieve the greatest
satisfaction of the needs of
humanity at the lowest
costs, but the new economic
concepts related to very
specialized areas such as
the very modern concept of
environmental development,
which are of interest to all
economists because of its
effects on several levels,
the Pacific economic
environment, social
environment, cultural, and
on the nature.
