Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الخدمات الإرشادية (النفسية، الاجتماعية، التربوية) المقدمة من قبل مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني وزيادة فعالية الذات لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي. التعرف على مستوى الخدمات الإرشادية و مستوى فعالية الذات، التعرف على وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي في الخدمات الإرشادية وفعالية الذات تبعا لمتغير الجنس والتخصص الدراسي، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم موائمة الهدف من استبيان حاجات تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية إلى الخدمات الإرشادية إعداد (لبني بن دعيمة، 2007) إلى استبيان الخدمات الإرشادية، ومقياس فعالية الذات لرالف شفارتزر (Ralf Schwarzer, 1993) تعريب (المنصور(، وبعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية ( الصدق، والثبات) لأدوات الدراسة تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (205) تلميذا وتلميذة منهم (85) ذكورا و(120) إناث و(126) من التخصصات العلمية و (79) من التخصصات الأدبية اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، وذلك في العام الدراسي 2013/،2014 وتم إتباع المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي
Cette étude a visé , à identifier la relation entre les services de guidances( psychologique , sociale , éducative) , donnés par le conseillé de l’orientation et la guidance scolaire et professionnelle , et l’augmentation de l’auto-efficacité chez les élèves de la 3ème année secondaire .Identifier le niveau de services de guidances, et l’auto-efficacité, et identifier l’existence des différences statistiquement significatives entre les moyennes des élèves de la 3ème année secondaire , dans les services de guidances et dans l’auto-efficacité, suivant la variabilité du sexe et la spécialité scolaire.
Et pour atteindre ces objectifs , on a adapté l’objectif du questionnaire des besoins des élèves du secondaire au services de guidances , réalisé par (Lobna BEN DAIMA,2007) , au questionnaire des services de guidances , et une mesure de l’auto-efficacité de( Ralf Schwarzer, 1993) traduit à l’arabe par ( El Mansour), et après la confirmation des caractéristiques psychométriques (validité et fiabilité) du matériel d’étude , ont été appliqué sur l’échantillon qui se compose de250 élèves ,parmi-eux (85) élèves garçons et (120)filles , et (126) de spécialité scientifique , et (79) de spécialité littéraire , qui ont été choisi d’une manière aléatoire , pendant l’année scolaire (2013/2014), et on a suivi la méthode descriptive corrélative .

The aim of this study is to define the relation between guidance services )psychological-social and educational( that are offered by the chancellor of orientation and educational and caoier guidance, and the Improvement of the self-efficacy for third year high school pupils. Another purpose is to define the level of guidance services and level of self-efficacy, and to highlight signifing statistical differences between the averages of third year high school pupils in guidance services and self-efficacy according to the gender and the educational field ) spesiality (.
To accomplish these objectives, the author of this dissertation has adapted the aim of the survey that concerns pupils need for guidance services (made by loubna ben daaima, 2007) to the survey of guidance services, in addition to the measurement of perceived of self-efficacy of (Ralf Schwarzer, 1993)) that was letre on translated into arabic by Al-mansour).
After examining the psychometeric qualifications of the tools used in the study, they have been applied on a sample that consists of (205) pupils who 85 of them are males and (120) of them are females and (126) of them are specialized in scintific fields and (79) of them are specialized in lettres fields enese students have been chosen rondomly method class, and that was in 2013/2014. The method used is correlational descriptive approach.
