| dc.description.abstract | The present study collapses on the analyzing of the role which transferring technology played in the development of Algerian industrial bases. In addition, it stands on the impact of factors which impede the operation of transferring technology with a positive form, which multinational companies stand behind them considering that they are monopolists of technology, and international organizations that have relation with technology and its trading. From the other hand, the study exposes the goals of the Algerian state to establish the policy of knowledge and technology, and an effective national system for technological invention with taking consideration to the investment in the human factor that is considered the unique guarantee to develop technological abilities. Case of "TINDAL" was taken by cause of considering that it is an enterprise which was established in the beginnings of the Algerian industry revolution, through its experience in the transferring technology and the contribution of technology that is presented to the enterprise.
